Well, my husband and I love to roast our pumpkin seeds after we finish carving. They're a great snack and taste delicious. Here's our favorite way to eat them.
Cinnamon Sugar Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 cup of pumpkin seeds, cleaned off and dried
- 1 Tbs of melted butter
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Toss the pumpkin seeds in the ingredients. Be sure they are all covered in the mixture.
- Line a greased baking sheet with the seeds. Be sure to space the seeds out as much as you can.
- Bake at 300 degrees for about 50 minutes. Be sure to take them out and turn them so they don't burn. Bake until browned, but not burned.
